Our camera system is a very valuable tool that many people in this company use in its day to day operations.  We have Setronics camera banks in our dispatch office, maintenance facility, and all of our key people can log on to the system from any computer at any time.  Over the last five years our cameras have allowed us to correct a lot of bad behavior that we were unaware of before.  Being able to show an employee video footage has allowed us to correct a wide range of issues ranging from SOP violations, up to serious safety violations and accidents.  We’ve also used footage to modify best practices and to apply corrective actions when necessary.  I can sincerely say that I couldn’t imagine this company operating today without our Setronics camera system.

Over the last five years I’ve had the opportunity to develop a great working relationship with Paul Ziemba, and the Setronics sales and service team.  Paul is very knowledgeable and his suggestions on design, hardware, and its placement have been invaluable to us.  Sales and service have also been great, all of my dealings with them have been efficient and they were always very professional on site.  In closing I’d like to say that I’d highly recommend the Setronics team to any company that thinks that they could benefit in any way from their products and service.  We definitely have.

I wanted to reach out and let you know that the camera system we purchased from you has been a great addition to the tools that my staff and I have available to us.  The cameras been nearly flawless in the past few years since they were installed.  A few times we’ve needed some help figuring out how to use certain aspects of the software and your support people have always been great.  It’s a real pleasure doing business with a company like yours.

I never realized how useful a camera system could be until we had it up and running.  I personally find myself using them to keep an eye on my production floor when I’m working remotely.  With them spread throughout the shop the way you designed the system it makes it easy to see everything that is going on whether I’m here in person or not.  Our operations manager has found them quite useful for verifying counts whenever customers call citing a discrepancy.  He was even able to prove that some damage to a customer’s parts wasn’t done by us as we could see the damage on the frame as it was unloaded from the customer’s truck!  HR has also found them useful when investigating incidents that have occurred over the years.  Overall, I’m very glad we made the investment in this camera system.  I’ll be sure to reach out to you anytime I have a need.  Take care!

When my current Supervisor requested any suggestions for CCTV installation and maintenance, your company quickly came to mind.  I knew Setronics as I worked for Shaw’s Loss Prevention from 1989-2007 and became very familiar with your techs and the office staff as well as your company’s stellar reputation for quality work and extremely fast maintenance scheduling.  Since leaving Shaw’s, I have found no company that compared to your customer service.

I just wanted to send a note about how great Tom was to work with.  His friendly, calm demeanor made it so easy to work with him.  I deal with a lot of external vendors (and a lot of personalities), and he is one of the best.  Mark, what are our next steps for the LA and Singapore offices?  Thank you both for your help with this project.  It was off to a slow start, but having you step in made a difference is getting this completed.  Thanks!

Setronics was awarded a small CDBG Project for Liberation Program in the amount of $16,000 for camera surveillance upgrade in Year 2020.  The professionalism and workmanship were phenomenal and went beyond their scope of work to meet the objective of the client and configure the existing system for cost savings and functionality. The final close out of the project was delivered with satisfaction.  Therefore, I would highly recommend the company for future projects.

Your guys did a really nice job for us on the project install. Special thanks for sticking around this afternoon so that my network guy could get the IP address reservations set. We have some minor adjustments to make but the cameras look great!
